Registered Social Worker – Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora (Health Coach)

Whaioro Trust is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Social Worker to join our

kaupapa Māori team as a Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora (Health Coach).

📍 Ōtaki 

🕒 Full-time – 40 hours per week 

💰 Pay Equity applies (salary negotiable)

What you'll bring: 

🌿A Social Work degree and eligibility for Social Work Registration in New Zealand or working towards Social Work degree.

🌿An understanding of Whānau Ora and a commitment to whānau-centered practice. 

🌿The ability to build strong, respectful relationships with whānau and community partners. 

🌿A commitment to culturally safe practice and a willingness to continue growing your knowledge of te ao Māori. 

🌿Strong communication, organisation and report writing skills. 

🌿Confidence using IT to support your work. 

🌿A current New Zealand driver's license. 

🌿A positive, adaptable and resilient approach to working within a supportive team.
