WHO WE ARE:
Our Social Work team brings a range of lived experiences and professional practice to support whānau on their journey to wellbeing
WHAT WE DO:
Kaitiaki-a-whānau social work practitioners support whānau experiencing barriers to wellbeing. We walk alongside individuals and whānau, using a whānau centered strengths-based approach, to explore what hauora looks like for them. This creates space to see a pathway forward and connect with the best suited, long term supports.

HOW TO USE OUR SERVICE:
Referrals can be made by your General Practitioner (GP), Community Mental Health Services, and Iwi Services.
Self-Referrals can be made by selecting Whakapā mai | Contact.
LOCATIONS:
Kaitiaki-a-whānau provides support to the wider Manawatū,
Feilding and Horowhenua regions.
