Kaitiaki-a-whānau | Social Worker

Aspiring to inspire whānau to reach their own

  WHO WE ARE:

Our Social Work team brings a range of lived experiences and professional practice to support whānau on their journey to wellbeing

WHAT WE DO:

Kaitiaki-a-whānau social work practitioners support whānau experiencing barriers to wellbeing. We walk alongside individuals and whānau, using a whānau centered strengths-based approach, to explore what hauora looks like for them. This creates space to see a pathway forward and connect with the best suited, long term supports.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Education around wellbeing strategies

Community engagement

Connecting to holistic ways of managing hauora

  LOCATIONS:

Kaitiaki-a-whānau provides support to the wider Manawatū,
