WHAT WE DO:
Our Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora | Health coaches work alongside whānau and individuals with mental health, addictions and other well-being challenges.
WE OFFER:
Our coaches offer support to build individuals, whānau and groups the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to manage their health and well-being.
We offer communication face-to-face both onsite or an alternative community setting, as well as by phone, text and\or email.
LOCATIONS:
Our Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora are based in the medical centers in both Fielding and Ōtaki.
